Is it actually worth this investment for perhaps 5 attacks and a little extra defense? IDK with its weight i really cant say how effective it is.

Well if you know someone in manufactoring, you could prolly get a better deal.

Yeah, as EM charges become more and more expensive, its becoming more efficient to get a gang 'blacksmith' to do the recharging.
