I just had an idea about a new kind of crime. How about something in the vicinity of pulling off hits or political assassinations? Stuff like that.

We have a hitmen gang for that. They kick major-butt on everyone.

that could be neat. More NPCs could be made for hits. Although something like killing the mayor of the city might be a little crazy.
