The problem with the wars and competitivity is, active gangs fighting back and having close wars dont give payouts worth the trouble of the fight. I feel the gang battle points system broke at some point also. I swear if i have a 25% win chance i gain 1 point and lose 3. And when i steuggle slight to take out someone 5+ levels for 1-3 points its just not worth it
