are there actual calculations, or just assumptions?

indeed. i honestly don't see how the numbers would be even close...just at first glance, though.

agree'd

Condom is the glass slipper of our generation. You slip one on when you meet a stranger. You dance all night... then you throw it away. The condom, I mean, not the stranger.

probably is pretty boring when you're in the hospital for weeks straight

Funny but fail. Not trying to pick a fight dude, but you come tearing in here yelling at people like you own the joint. You know how the forums are, and live with it was my only point.

I appear to have been off by an order of magnitude using the first class...oops.

If the second class (155 end) takes as long as the first one though, higher level chars should still make more end off criming than studying.

To clarify specific numbers, the first class took me over 150 studies to complete. I'm assuming that number is roughly equal regardless of level and thus AP spent.

Well @ lvl 31 it cost's 21 ap to study an hour, steal sports car is a 21 ap crime.

Here is five months worth of my averages for steal sports crime:
$694.19
$669.61
$706.07
$643.85
$686.92

the average is $680.13

So using the political science class which costs 100k (50k enroll, 50K test)

@ 2% gain a day (guessing) studying 8 hours means 1h=.25%

So it takes about 392 Hrs or 49 days to reach a 98% complete.

So 392 (amount of steal sports cars instead of studying)
multiplied by $680.13(steal sports car avg)=$266,610.96+100k(enroll/test cost) = a possible gain of $366,610.96

Class Gains 250 end (1000 credits) 250 int (1000 credits) 25 rep (politics 625cp) and 125 WE (politics 179cp),

The 2000 credits alone @ $250ea is worth $500,000. So i would guess I would say it is worth it to do. Of course this changes if you're a higher level investing more ap, and also if you're willing to drop the $20 real dollars for 2300 credits.
