Maybe you are on to something here.

If we got 25% extra exp for winning a gang battle it could spice the whole pvp gang war portion of the game up.

Thats what I was thinking when I posted that thread that no one ever read lol. Just figured that if you did that too many gangs would just farm other ones without ever finishing it so I thought you'd have to have the gang battles do some kinda damage to the hideout so it would actually end... except as a reward I was thinking the extra GP earned doing nothing but leveling instead of bonus xp /shrug.

I think the idea behind less exp for gang battling is b/c you're giving up your chance at more exp in return for gang war points. You either get one or the other, not both.

You get less experience from gang battles? I always got pretty decent experience, almost like normal..

I'd say it's because of your level. Doesn't your experience gradually go up every time you level?

The max Xp goes up everytime you level.


On that note, I tend to get around the same XP for a leave that I do a gang battle so I'm indifferent to having it switched around.
