Zen - im not comparing just 3 attacks. the ones i posted were fights with Eva - for comparison sakes.
throwing out the first 7 RES fight - i have fought 15 times with it.
the last fight i had a very good RES - 775. counting that one - 37777/15 = 251 average.
not couting the anomoli - 3002/14 - 214 RES avg.
counting the 775 or not - i dont calculate any added benefit. did you intend on having the armour have a better RES than is showing in my 15 fights?

The attack with the new armor had multiple critical hits. The one with the TiB did not. You still resisted more total damage with the new armor after the bug fix.
277 / 8 = 34.6 - New Armor
213 / 7 = 30.4 - Old Armor
That is a 13% resistance increase per hit on just the comparison of 2 attacks you posted. I know you are upset, but I cannot make the conclusion that you are doing worse with the new armor based on the data you are posting. If anything, you are doing better with resisting damage, but only 1 attack for each armor is too small of a sample size to make any conclusion.
With that said, what percentage increase in resistance are you actually looking for? 50%? 100%?
ok...comparing apples to apples, this is the best i can do..
all against same opponent
TiB
RES/Hits - avg
266/11 - 24.2
233/9 - 25.9
228/8 - 28.5
213/7 - 30.4
940/35 - 26.9 avg RES per hit
New Armour
150/7 - 21.4
116/5 - 23.2
325/8 - 40.6
277/8 - 34.6
169/8 - 21.1
1037/36 - 28.8 avg RES per hit.
thats about a 7% increase in RES per hit with the new armour.
you asked what i think is an appropriate increase? considering the RES of the exitisting best armour (TiB) is so low that most people only use a shield and no armour, or no armour at all, i think that a 50% increase is more than reasonable. anyone else have an opinion? should we have a poll?
