There are certain screens you can refresh and others you cant. If he is using an autorefresh scropt or feature on his browser and was on the wrong page you get punished by jail time. using the back page option will kick this in as well as it counts as refreshing.

Tell the guy to be careful with refreshing the screens. Look what happened a while back to somebody:

Some people also use this technique to get in jail when they don't want to be attacked.
