Not in my experience.

The HVP certainly isn't and the P-5 wasn't a whole lot better.

From the combats and hideout attacks that I've seen from shotgun users the HVS does everything that the lvl 60 pistol can do... only better.

We really need to come up with something better than a vague item description to help decide if an item is worth buying because personally I don't think the Tiffani Flechette HVP is a "must have pistol"

I don't have your stats, but I've seen a very similar pattern appear in the axe line of weapon. Make sense as the axe is to blades what a shotty is to guns.

Between 3 to 5 crits or high hits (whatever you want to call those) between 400 to 500 and 1 or 2 600's. WIth my skills and my stats.

Maybe a stronger axe user could say more. Was the ono axe.
