once i was playing on my phone and i started the job that gives good intelligence, i think it was politics, i worked full 8 hours and few overtime and converted all points, altogether i got more than 20 dev points to get a level, when i checked my int was still level one?? now u can check logs and find out, btw this was few days ago

The Science career gives the best coversion rate for intel at 0.16 per career point.
At that rate you would have needed 125 points to get 20 development points.
Unless you had career rank say, 7-10, you wouldn't have gotten 125 points.
Is it possible you saw the gain incorrectly, perhaps 2.** instead of 20.**?
