Maybe, Blume, you should present the whole argument, as a whole. Not just the bare minimum, which was way under what we talked about.

B4C Helmet at $190K = saving 60k

or

B4C Armour at $700K = saving 150k or buying from Dingus saving 250k

Really need a poll to figure it out?

Actually, I completely disagree. It's a public poll. Let everyone form their own opinions, without knowledge of "who" they are voting for.

The bare minimum lends itself to a fair vote. What more would they need to know to form an opinion?

But I'm not here for the bare minimum, or this topic wouldn't of came up. I'm here to see who's more right than the other.

Here's Blume's argument.

I gave him a 17% discount on the B4C armor in the past($700,000 from $850,000 is, according to him, 17%).

He gave me a 23-26% discount on the B4C helmet just now($190,000 from $250,000 is, according to him, 23-26%).

By his logic, he gave me a bigger discount because the percentage is larger.

Here's my argument.

These items aren't even in the same price range, and anywhere near 5-7% would ALMOST STILL be a bigger discount to his 23-26% discount on the helmet, based on the value of the items. That a 17% discount at $850,000 would be worth more than 23-26% at $250,000.

I met him more than half-way from my initial price of $150,000 and went to $180,000. Reasonable offer.

I'd still vote for Bacon Smirk

Not part of the argument... The debate is 190 vs 700... as the debate was which was a bigger discount. The $ discount is irrelevant unless you are selling 2 items at the EXACT SAME PRICE.

So with your logic buying a house at 1,000,000 (sale price 1,100,000) is a better deal than buying shoes at $50 (sale price $100).
