This was added shortly afterwards:
Any posting of personal or private information of another player or staff member will result in an immediate ban. Any damages resulting in this behavior will be met with legal action.
As far as disclaimers,
it's the right and perogative of any webhost, admin, what have you to refuse service to any individual for any reason.
Basically,
the way I've seen it,
it's just a way to say that someone has violated the terms of use, abused the rules, or what have you, but perhaps in a way that isn't explicitly detailed as an actual "rule" or violation.
Basically takes away the argument of, "Well, it never actually says anywhere that that's against the rules..."
Doesn't matter, Zen's game, she's the boss, the buck stops there.
