What you need to do is to get more CR and put them into your Endurance and Housing. Train for 6-8 months, then you will see the result.
By the way, I am buying CR. So.. if you got some to sell for your next new house or stims. I can definitely help!!

What is completely silly is that with all the money the XPats have spent they could have paid their gang member who got robbed like 20x over. What a pointless waste of resources.
