Referral point conversion - Brugada - 2009.May.26 12:07 PM
I looked here and on the wiki and cant seem to find it, sorry. But how many referral points does it take to equal one credit?
Also, do many of you cash them in or do you just save them for a long time? I got a couple really active ones that make me some good points!

for a donator you get 1credit for every ref point
you get 100 pts when the ref hits level 3, 100 pts when the ref hits level 5, 100 when the ref hits level 7 and i don't remember the rest
but i know you can get up to 1000 points for a non donator referral

Heres how it works. If you (not your referral) has ever donated then you get 10% of your points in credits (100 points=10 creds). If you have never donated yourself then you get 5% of the referral points for creds (100 points=5 creds).
Thats the way I've always understood it and seems to be when I cash in.

There's about 7 more links in those links, sending you to more discussions on referrals points.
And the 5 000 bonus isn't at every 50 or 53k points, it depends what your referrals do. If 1 of them gives a lot, you will see it at 50-53k but if you have 20 referrals giving you each 3k, not sure you will earn the bonus. Whatever, it's all explianed in there, somewhere. Happy reading!!

i know u already got the answer, but i'll pipe in anyway
what someone said was correct, 5% points for non-donator, 10% for donator (thats donating at least ONE TIME, thats all, so if u donated $5 2 years ago, you qualify)
if your referrals donate, you get:
$5 = 400 points = 20/40 credits (non donator/donator)
$10 = 900 points = 45/90 credits
$20 = 2000 points = 100/200 credits
if they hit level 3/5/ (8 or 10, i forget, SORRY) you get 100 points
and level 20 should be 700 points
