I got a job but how do i go to work??? or do i just get my pay 1 time every 24 hours?

Yea, you don't actually have to go to work or so anyhting. You get paid out once a day along with the stat increase it says. I think the pay is somtime in the evening (est time).

Pay and Stat increases are at 17:30 (5:30 pm) game time
