Well, if someone wasted a lot of time trying to figure out if there is a sequence or something, they could bet 0$ and just check out wich numbers comes up, and get some spread sheets going on.

It's an alternative to spending 1$ to watch for lucky numbers. Or as Preacher said, you could chart everything and find a way to beat the random number generator.
Or better yet, you could get all the thrill without emptying your pockets. Too bad you can't do it DX
