i dont believe he is the ghoul your suppose to be hitting just keep your eyes on the user list im guessing some ghouls will be appearing

Ramon Wiley is not a ghoul. Check your home page. If you aren't in the industrial district you will be told something is happening there. If you are, then you can hunt.

Only way I`m getting anything out this is if there is a prize for getting your butt kicked.
1 win out of 6 tries the losses were not even close and the win left me with next to no hit points.
