i'd love to see my mobile crime journal while i'm in the hospital, as well as access my bank (withdrawing ONLY) so i can withdraw some money and gamble. theres no point to the hospital gambling for me when i've always got 0 on hand :/

Is kinda silly to have hospital gambling when your their because you lost in combat to someone or were cut down by swat. and can't get your money.
