The gang im in at the moment is an ok gang but the president went inactive. Is there anyhting i can do about that?(Im second in commaned)

I really do not if there is anything that can be done. Do you have any gang permissions to be able to anything? IF not you could always join another gang.

Since that gang is own by your president, there is not much you can do in that situation.
You can email your president. Ask him about making you the president for a better gang management.
Or,
You would join another gang. A good gang that I can name is Seven Sin.
