i think those who have the job Law Enforcement should do there job in real AL world...for example, i was beaten up by a lv. 20 guy a lot of times... i will ask for help from the Law Enforcement(whoever works for there) to beat him up/ torture him? or catch him and put him in jail for days...someething like that...then they get paid...
but this will only work if u 3(urself, the police, the attacker) are ol at the same time...
