What stats do you need for the courses? What stats do I need for PE 40? Does the '40' behind PE hold any significance? Do the numbers mean anything?

what Dru and Matt are trying to explain is that no, you dont need anything for the courses apart from the $'s to pay for it, and the energy. 8)
