If everytime someone took a jail sentence.., they lost all their illegal gear.., you'd have a lot of people suddenly quitting the game..,
If I lost over a million dollars worth of equipment because I got jailed attempting to pickpocket some drek-head security gaurd's bill-fold for a few twenties.., I might have a stroke.

Yup
About bare-fist jail fights. For that they must make so when one gets in jail one's equipement end up in storage.
Lots of stalemates.
How many of you can deal more then 400 damage with the fists?
Would it be worthy losing EP for a stalemate?

I dealt 200+ Damage when someone attacked me and i didnt have my Hammer Equip
