I think back then if you hideout points dropped below zero your gang got deleted so they probably got deleted.

IF I recall correctly 2 of the founders of Old Soldiers was Chris and Sarge.
I imagine that the gang itself was passed on and goes by another name now not really sure.
I am sure that the gang was never dissbanned due to a war.

I believe the Old Soldiers is now Cosa Nostra (Bigrods and CK's gang).
