What are development points and how do you use them as my friend got a load from training his pistol skills.

Development points = Gym points. Every point you gain in the gym towards your next stat = Development points. You don't get any from training skills, but you do get some from going to school.

Mmhm. I'd suggest you go to school(AL-wise). I don't know about reality-wise, but the more education, the better. =D Gives you good stuff, in the long run.
