What does "combat profiency" actually measure? - grabtindy - 2008.Aug.28 11:43 AM How does one get a spot on this POI list? I thought proficiency was someone's aptitude in an ability, so I figured it was a mix of best stats and highest level, essentially ranking the best PvP players in the game. But I see players who i can handle easily on there yet I don't think I've ever cracked the list.
