08.August.4 - Added 3 defensive skills. All defensive skills are most effective against opponents who have invested skill study in combat skills. Evasion helps avoid being hit, armor handling helps utilize armor to it's max capabilities, and critical resistance helps reduce critical hit damage.

Looks like the skills has slow down many player's character leveling.
Maybe that's why many players are doing power leveling in the past several weeks.
Back on the topic, I enjoy seeing some defensive skill set. very nice!

it really can not affect lvling, all it will affect is skill ranks,everybody will have to decide what to get their ranks in now :roll:

Personally id rather see new specials for careers and some gang point usage options that are permanent....
but yeah for more skills to consume more energy
