I've got 14.25..And it's pretty nice. 1 refresh off from full happiness ain't bad.

Yep.
Happiness refresh equals Half your level (rounded up) plus Humanity (rounded down).
Unless you're in the hospital, then it refreshes at half your rate.

I believe it also affects your health refresh rate some how too.
I've noticed between 2 different people of similar age and level, the non-borg regenerates their health quicker than what the borg does.
Its also nice when you're training not to have to wait until your happiness catches up with your energy.

ive always thought that was dumb. a borg would be able to be repair their parts faster than a human can heal.
