SERVER NOTICE - I believe that last outage was a hint from our host that we are no longer wanted on their network. I'll be transferring the site over to the new server tonight.

Our host used to have a 15 min response time and things were handled in 1 message. Now they take minimum 1 hour, and nothing gets done without at least one more response... which means we are facing 2 hour response times before anything really gets done on their part. I guess that's what happens when we catch them doing something they shouldn't. I'm just glad the new server is almost done with it's stress-test.
