Lets try this for the 4th or is it 5th time to get to skill level 3.
Combat - Shotgun 2 326 100.1% A++
I bet I can still fail...
...I have to wait till tomorrowI've failed with an A, B+, B, and B-....I really don't retain information I guess.

When I was going for rank 2, I failed 6 times before passing on the 7th.

Heh. Seriously. Skills are cool, but I'm have extreme doubts that anyone would fail a test when their knowledge of a skill is matched with a B+ to A student criteria.

Did anyone also notice you can get above 100%????
Wondered since no one posted replied on that.....so zen, if you are 100% and cant fail why have A++ ????
