I agree with Zenith.
Each one endurance and add 5-10 on a battle stats. Drop 2-3 endurance on the new weapon will make everyone happy.

Looking at this from both a business and player view.
With End at 25 not many player are able to come up with the RL$ to meet the current requirement.This in turn may actually decrease the amount of RL$ some player are willing to donate.
By lowering the end to 23 you will have more players willing to donate to the game to achieve the requirement. My point of view on this is simple. I would prefer to have 10/20/30 or more people donate $100/$150 insuring that they will continue playing and those that are farther down in the END lvl more willing to donate to reach a more realistic goal.
The current stat lvl requirements are far below what they should be for a LVL 60 weapon. As it is even with over 1 year away from the game I have the ability to equip this weapon with less than 5 days of training.
By increasing the stats and decreasing the END. Zen will be able to achieve 3 goals.
1) ensure that a limited amount of current players have the ability to use the weapons
2) Increase the amount of players that will be able and willing to donate enough RL$ to reach the END needed to equip
3) Give those that are not able to donate at all or partial amounts a Goal that is within their financial ability to obtain these weapons within a time frame that is acceptable to keep ther interest and devotion to the game

Using me as an example here:
I am willing to donate some money. But definitely not 500 bucks to get to 25 endurance. It might turn me off all together.
