it's a great strategy against bigger gangs, but bigger gangs also have more money for stims, so it will be harder to keep their members in hospital.
But if it's not a big gang and if you are in disadvantage and you want to you, it's ok, i mean every time it's ok to do it, even if it's not necessary. Play by your rules!

Hospitalizing doesn't help what we're trying to do. War pts is where it's at as far as we're concerned.
