I'm trying to help a buddy get off the ground, but I can't send him anything. I get this message:
"Similar IP cash transfers are prohibited for non-donators. If you feel you reached this message in error, please contact us in the Player Assistance forums."
How come?

Zen & Err have implemented this rule to stop what I would assume is probably happening, Multiple accounts for one player.
How about trying to play the game by the rules?
