Midlan Villa - LikeWhoa - 2008.Jun.03 10:41 AM

so i just got the midlan villa estate and i was wondering if i'd get more dev points @ lvl 13 endurance or lvl 20 endurance with the ranch

I've found that the difference between $ spent on housing and $ spent on endurance is insignificant. The good thing about housing is that it's a liquid asset -- you could always cash it in in a pinch. Endurance is permanent.

yea thats why i dont wanna sell my house to buy 10 million$ worth of credits just to realize its not worth it

- Leopard - 2008.Jun.03 12:36 PM

endurance really opens up the weapon choices though

- Loki - 2008.Jun.03 01:23 PM

good point.

It is better to have all of the above.

Updating on this. I just sold my Midlan House to buy credits for END instead. Took close on 3.5 million to move from 16 END to 18 END and dropped back to the Rural Ranch. There is actually very little difference in my gym trains now so I would advise END before housing everytime.

Endurance really helps. Housing gives you the decent jumps quick while Endurance raises those jumps with every level of it over time.

Basically, they're both important. Whenever you're getting a 1:1 ratio in a smaller home(Before the midlan houses), you're sure to make a large jump from 1:1 to 1.5:1 or more.

This is a tasty little nugget of info to write down... thanks for sharing.

From END level 1-10, in compare to the housing upgrade, I bearly see any improvement in Gym train.

I will definitely keep this in mind. Thanks!
