At level 32 i decided to try that crime.Over and over i failed 74% of the time give or take a few %.
Now i am 33 i hit it 70%+ yet my stats have not changed.

Weak brag post, and also improper use of percentages. Be consistent man.
Either a. you "hit" for 25% and now 70%" or b. you failed "75%" and now "30%"
For all the posts you start, I would have expected you to be less confusing with your words by now
