We have humans. And cyborgs.
Amongst humans tough, there are a lot of people with borgs. A LOT. Just enough not to switch to borg, but still less human.
They could be called "Enhanced".

I actually like that better then borg. I'm not here to assimilate any one, and oh please resist. It makes the game more fun. I like Enhan....what he said.
