could any one explain me what Ponzi Scheme mean?

I am sure Zen can explain it better but its some sort of investment scheme.
I tried it out and failed but this may give you a better idea.
1. You plan out a simple Investment Brokerage Ponzi Scheme that pays investors 10% interest per month.
2. You get a few investors to pony up $1000 to earn a 10% interest in a moth.
3. Those investors spread the word, and your scheme starts to gather steam.
Result: After a few more suckers are trapped in your scheme, the bottom falls out. All your investors catch wind of what is really going on and cancel their payments to you.
