Why is fighting so hard this morning? The guys I usually dominate aren't letting me hit them and I get thrown in fuggin' jail.

could be gcb, but as for the backup it only works for a very short time and is totally dependent on your gang loyalty-ie-time in the gang. I have noticed some huge swings lately, even with inactives......hmm
