My favorite was always "MrSexyBaconSammich" but I don't see it anymore. I'm not sure what that person's name is now so I'll go with Spacemanspliff.

Thats a nice one.There are many cool names Ive seen in that game. Being a comic book fan, all the Marvels one are awesome, its just like that.
However, my top 3 are:
1- Moriarty = strongest wisest most brilliant thief or crimelords litterature has ever known.
2- Devastator = Kick ass Transformer (Decepticon in fact), everyone wanted it when I was a kid, the meanest machine ever
3- ZaphodBeeblebrox = crazy b*st*rd
