Proposal

A happy medium for the retirement district lovers and haters.

For every player moved to the retirement district, an equally powerful NPC is created and added to the game. Retiring player gets to name his "ghost".

I like that idea very much. Maybe they could drift from district to district randomly too. After all, they're ghosts.

I think it has the probability of being a pretty cool game feature if it's not too much work to create.

thugs is too plain of a term for 2 such fine outstanding gentlemen, maybe something more on the lines of warlords
