I asked a friend to transfer some bioplex to me so I didn't have to travel out of the downtown district. The catch is that he couldn't send me it [bioplex]. The error was :
"Similar IP item transfers are prohibited. If you feel you reached this message in error, please contact us in the Player Assistance forums. "
This is a nice safe guard against players who may share multiple accounts. In my case, my buddy and I are friends outside of AL and hang out, etc. If we are at his place, I'll log on there to do a quick 10 gym train or bust a few quick heads.
In any case, if Zen checks the donator logs, she can see that she gets paid from 2 different accounts from 2 different users.

I'm not gonna get all the links to previous topics on this but you should mail Zen directly about this, only and fastest way to get past it.
