How do I see the stat bonuses that my gang possesses? Also, is there a forum topic that goes over the description of the bonuses?

gang --> summary for the upgrades and stats of the gang.

One other thing, my president says that he spent points on upgrades. When I check that, it says all zeros. Error? Or just pulling my "chain"?

go to gang summary and look at current gang points to see if he still havnt spent any
