can someone explain this to me? This guy has been inactive for quite some time yet 1) he is attacked and 2) he became an NPC?.....inquiring minds would like to know =)

All 4 of them are NPCs (=non playing characters): Jack Mort (101), George Biondi (102), Col Vincent (103) and Mats Fullar (104)
Zen and Err login as them once in a while, that's why sometimes the last action date changes.
Because they've been inactive for so long they don't show up in the user list but you can still find them by name and by id.
