I feel like he means,with most active gangs just wanting to train their stats, no one wants to be involved in any real conflict. Since there's not really anyone but us in the forums, no one is there to answer the call to action against a super gang.
You remember how it was with SV Val and Hab. There were still gangs with the will to actually risk failure to fight.

Not gonna lie I have no idea what caused this shit really but from what I've been told they wanted us to not war them ever. Even without PvP. That's pretty silly imo. Dm is fine with the occasional war where we duke it out and even pvp
As fsr as super gangs ruining the game. Thats been the excuse for ages. But really the motivated people end up gravitating towards gangs that fit their goals. If i wanted to only train stats and never do anything with them i would never have left habitat

Which typically leads them to a super gang, leaving a bunch of gangs filled with pacifists.
I'm not saying I think there shouldn't be super gangs. There should be a no pussies/man up rule. Peaceful people have no fucking place here.
All that bully shit I said was just to see the reaction change to that hash tag. Personally I feel a small degree of bullying is healthy for people to learn conflict and how to deal with shit.
