Drug induced rampage. All out madness. Pandemonium.
Looks like joint chiefs have been passing out some powerful hybrid strain of OG Headband and the Rage virus. Now everyone in Decatur has flipped their shit. People are throwing hosps for no reason. Everybody is in great danger. Even worse, no one knows who has smoked what so what other gangs can you trust? Don't worry, you can still trust us....
In honor of 4/20 in sponsoring an all out hosp battle game wide. I encourage everyone to participate. Winners will recieve usual prizes.
