Is there not a "forgot your password" option? If not, email the admins as the email is on the login page, or at least it should be.

Who is running the game now is it still zenith as its near impossible to get a reply off her and no there no forgot password option. It's been a fair few years since I've been on so not sure who the admins are now

Good luck. I've tried contacting cipher after my several years away from the game for some things. No luck. Rumor has it you can make a small donation then dispute the payment, and that'll get them to talk.
