Why is it that i can bust for 499 minutes but i cant bust for 500? and what exactly does You Need More Experience mean? is that Dexterity or actual Level Experience? or what?

Max time you can bust is determined by your level.
I don't know the formula as it was changed a few months ago and never found my new max since.

MAx time is a mix of your level and your intelligence. I think it goes incrementally higher as your intel increases and maybe 20 minutes per level.

I leveled dex and noticed my threshold to be able to bust MYSELF out went up by a whole minute.
