I thinking the rules of war needs to be defined, because we're not all playing by the same rules. :roll: I'm told you can't attack the gang you're at war with as long as the war is going on. I don't understand that. Is it different rules to war when at war with allies? Lets get some clarity. :bandito:

you make your own rules, fight by your own code, the way you operate in a family hould come down from the top, i know as a founder of the villains we set a code early on and try to play to it.
