How long does it take for the shelves to refill? You walk by the nearest PermaGrin Pharmaceuticals to see what type of drugs are on the shelves that are an easy grab.
Unfortunately there are no more Sym-Paks on the shelves at this time. Wait till they restock.

I have an unrelated sympack question? Somebody, I think mac, said there were blue ones. I can find the description, but I never received any by committing crimes, nor have I seen them on the market. Have they actually been released and used by people, is the crime to get them in a different location, are they just rare, etc.?

they were found in certain contests and im sure a few have been distributed. you cant find them else were
