cool didnt think i was the first to notice it, just found it funny the dev points ended in .00 and it didnt automaticaly round it up to the next level till i trained and got it above .01 required. im sure its happened alot just aint seen as often lol.

lets make this simple for you
if ( current_dev_points <= points_needed_for_next_level) dont go to next level else, go to next level.
the dev points are stored as a float as well (that is, numbers with decimals)
<= (less than or equal to)
