inactive players that are banned ther bank accounts r cleaned out and so is their storerage and you can mug random things off of them

I would say no because some people get out of fed for one reason or another.

It's a place Zenith Designed a few years back. You could opt to go there if you sent a request to the admins. I forget what you couldn't do there but there wasn't a lot you could do there. Also other players couldn't attack the players in the retirement home.
