I am dense because I don't see what the problem is? He's been inactive since he logged in pretty much.

Yours last actions work in hours
yours days old goes up at midnight.
he signed up roughly 6 hours after the reset. So for only 6 hours a day is it gonna read the same.
nvm double checked leap year is probably right.
